What is coaching?

A guided and structured process designed to enhance performance and maximize personal and professional potential.

How does it work?

Through questions, active listening, guidance, and reflection, the coach helps you discover your own solutions to the challenges you face.

The basic principle

Coaching is based on the belief that every person already has the right solutions within them, but sometimes internal or external obstacles prevent them from accessing those solutions. The coach’s role is to create clarity, awareness, and direction, facilitating the process of discovery.

Why is it effective?

When you find the solution on your own, you are more motivated and more committed to putting it into practice.
The coaching process doesn’t offer pre-determined answers; instead, it helps you chart your own path to success.
It is a powerful tool for developing strategic thinking, self-confidence, and autonomy in decision-making.

Coaching objectives are defined in collaboration with the participant and, where appropriate, with the direct manager, to ensure organizational alignment, while also being tailored to each individual’s unique circumstances and needs.

What is mentoring?

Mentoring is a development process in which a more experienced person (the mentor) provides guidance, advice, and insights to another person (the mentee) to help them grow professionally and personally. Unlike coaching, mentoring involves the direct sharing of experience, best practices, and lessons learned from real-world business contexts. To complement the coaching process, we also offer mentoring as needed, leveraging the extensive experience of our consultants to accelerate development. In many situations, we combine the two methods: coaching and mentoring.
